Shipping policy

Orders are processed the next day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders will not received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email & the shipping tracking number. If you don’t receive it, please check your Spam inbox or text us at infomariaramirez@gmail.com

International shipping

Expected arrival date for international orders is approximately 7 - 15 days from the order date.
If you decide to refuse your shipment, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package.

Online return policy

Sender is responsible for return/exchange shipping cost.

Please contact infomariaramirez@gmail.com prior to sending a return or exchange.

Your return will be processed as soon as possible. Allow up to 10 days for your refund to be processed.

We hold the right to deny refunds if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
